I just founded great article about "breathing" and how to do it in the proper way.

It explains:
- breathing incorrectly creates strain
- how we became shallow breathers
- how to breath with your abdomen
- it can bring confidence as well as body health
- it's the doorway to meditation


I founded that the most helpful information about breathing, So what do you think about that?
If someone can help me, I'm still struggling with the exhalation. I've read about contracting the stomach muscles to empty the lungs completely from the air. Is that right? How to do it in the correct way because I found it a little hard to do?
