I'm thinking about buying this book on amazon:
Give Up Your Glasses for Good: Holistic Eyecare for the 21st Century
by Nathan T Oxenfeld

Is there anybody who had read this book and could say something about it ? Or maybe there are other natural vision improvement books that you would recommend instead, why ?
I'm looking for something that would give me clear instructions what to do and why in order to see better.

Ok, I have bought this book. Too bad nobody else has heard or tried it before. On the other hand, maybe that's a good sign and it will work for me I will post any progress.
