Where to Buy "Better Eyesight Magazine"

I want an unedited hard copy of the Better Eyesight Magazine. Thomas Quackenbush's compilation is edited. I don't want a pdf version. Is it possible to obtain an unedited compilation anywhere? The only thing I found was this: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://bettereyesightmagazine.com">http://bettereyesightmagazine.com</a><!-- m -->. But it looks extremely expensive, plus none are even for sale.

Came by today to post a new version of the magazines. 
I cleaned up a pdf I bought from David on here years ago, and last year bought a original copy from the Library of Congress after a person in the Bates community told me where to find it. Still combining some pages.

Few different options for download. 

Search is great; view on full screen, then do the search and wait. Example; search for shifting or shift; about 100 pop up windows will appear showing the many ways Dr. Bates and his wife/assistant Emily taught their students to shift for clear eyesight;

Tried to link on 2 pages on Wikipedia but strange people rule them and mainly speak against Dr. Bates and hide the full magazine collection. They blocked the link to Archive.org. So am posting Bates work, links on all sites that will preserve it.

The magazines are great for people that want to learn the entire method, self train directly from the original ophthalmologist that discovered it.
