Experiencing recovery

Hi all,

May I ask a question. When you are experiencing recovery of your eyesight(no matter to what degree), do you feel your eyes more relaxed(possible reason being strain is released) or 'more' strained(possible reason being strain is more apparent)?

When I begin seeing clearly my eyes definitely feel much more relaxed. But after the blur returns, they feel more strained and tense than ever.
