Can someone list all of the methods and how to do them, or tell me where i can find this list. Do i have to read the whole online book to find it all.

I have posted the FIRST method -- which is to obtain Snellens a read them.

Know exactly your visual acuity -- as a base-line.

I have requested that other members add additional ones like, Palming,
Swinging, Sunning, etc.

Yes, you have to read the whole book by William H. Bates. Also read the Better Eyesight Magazine by Bates (also available online), because there is a lot of practical information, including the FAQs.

Why the hell so many ones are unwilling to read a concise and essential book of only 300 pages? At the speed of 1 page per minute, it's going to take only 5 hours, quite an affordable time expense before starting an endeavor that may take months and years, and may otherwise lead to nowhere?

Fundamentals

1. Glasses discarded permanently.

2. Favorable conditions: Light may be bright or dim. The distance of the print from the eyes, where seen best, also varies with people.

3. Central Fixation is seeing best where you are looking.

4. Shifting: With normal sight the eyes are moving all the time. This should be practiced continuously and consciously.

5. Swinging: When the eyes move slowly or rapidly from side to side, stationary objects appear to move in the opposite direction.

6. Long Swing: Stand with the feet about one foot apart, turn the body to the right - at the same time lifting the heel of the left foot. Do not move the head or eyes or pay any attention to the apparent movement of stationary objects. Now place the left heel on the floor, turn the body to the left, raising the heel of the right foot. Alternate. This exercise can be practiced just before retiring at night fifty times of more. When done properly, it is a great rest and relieves pain, fatigue, and other symptoms of imperfect sight.

7. Stationary Objects Moving: By moving the head and eyes a short distance from side to side, on can imagine stationary objects to be moving. Since the normal eye is moving all the time, one should imagine all stationary objects to be moving. Never imagine that you see a stationary object stationary.

8. Palming: The closed eyes may be covered with the palm of one or both hands. The patient should rest the eyes and think of something else that is pleasant.

9. Blinking: The normal eye blinks, or closes and opens very frequently. If one does not blink, the vision always becomes worse.
