Taking a Break

In a week, i'll say i practice eye exercises like Shifting, switching, etc about 4-5 times. Is this neccersary? Should i be doing exercises every day?

This is similar to asking if i should brush my teeth everyday!

You are doing these exercises in an attempt to retrain your subconcious mind( and eye) which has forgotten to swing and shift. So everyday is really important though occasional lapses are ok. The more you practice daily, the faster you are likely to recover and lesser exercise you need as time passes. The passive ones such as palming can be done even if you are physically tired or sick.

If they are done correctly they are supposed to give you relaxation and why would anyone want to ask whether I should relax everyday? Infact you should relax 24 X 7 if possible. Dont think of them as exercises such as strength training or yoga - the normal eye does these 'exercises' all the time so as long as you dont involuntarily exercise all the time, voluntary eye exercise is necessary everyday.
