An important aspect of improving your vision is to live in alignment with what good vision is. Without it, you’re doomed to fail.
I’ve been watching Gregg Braden’s videos for years. I’d like to share a little bit about him and what he has done. He’s all about human potential, and there is a wonderful synergy between what he teaches and what I teach about vision improvement.
Here’s a quick talk I did about him…
As mentioned in the video above, if this interests you, Gregg has a nice hour long video that I recommend you watch.

I founded iblindness.org in 2002 as I began reading books on the Bates Method and became interested in vision improvement. I believe that everyone who is motivated can identify the roots of their vision problems and apply behavioral changes to solve them. I am into spirituality, lucid dreaming, archery, hang gliding, health and fitness. I own a gym equipment store and gym equipment blog.

Love Gregg Braden! Two other researchers who are excellent and along these lines are Dr Bruce Lipton and Dr Joe Dispenza!
I’ve watched some of Joe Dispenza. He has a video on changing your habits that I’ve been meaning to post about at some point.
