Bates Practicioner/Teacher/Helper`

Hello All,
I'm looking for someone in the St. Louis, Missouri area for help with myopia. I was able to use the Bates method to successfully restore my near sight completely. I was at the point of not being able to read the phone book prior to this! I'm having trouble getting to the point where my distance vision returns. I'm not aware of any teachers in the area and maybe just working on my own is best with some guidance from another member, but I'm open to whatever is available.

Any suggestions?
