Hey guys, new member here. I just randomly stumbled across this website and I dont know where to start.

I was diagnosed with astigmatism when I was 18 and have been wearing glasses ever since. I am now 28 and my prescription for my glasses has stayed the same since I was diagnosed. Its 1.25 for my right eye and 1.75 for my left eye. I believe my astigmatism is not accompanied by myopia or anything else.

Im here looking for advice on where to start as I have never heard about Dr. Bates before. If anyone can point me to the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
