i've recently checked out this webpage and it says that u can improve ur vision from blinking fast for 1 minute, 5 times-a-day.
--better blood circulation, and one day the clear vision will become permanant if u practise each day. But im not sure if its true or not or if theres a downside to this?

I think I'm going to try this out and see if it can improve my blinking habit. Would be great if it does, because blinking seems to be one of the things I'm always doing wrong, as it always makes my clear flashes go away.
