Evan, I'm envious that you've been wearing glasses since age 11 and you only had an Rx of 1-1.5 diopters. Mine went out to 4.25 before I came across the Bates method. I'm getting by with 1.75 nowadays...

It may be a sign of stress as others have pointed out. But the Power Vision System is based on the adaptation to induced demand (blur) and I am guessing that you are not only doing extraocular muscle...
