Thank you Nancy, I guess you are right, I just discovered that Bates wrote to keep your eyes closed during palming... I guess I wanted to go in the very wrong direction and put to much effort there. T...

If Bates said eye problems are like lifestyle can't we just change the pattern? If I overeat I will run into obesity, blood circulation problems. The same with junk food, if after eating all that crap...

But people with "normal vision" do not have to do things like that. I am curious what is the difference between me and somebody who is reading a book for 2-3 hours, how do you read text not to achieve...

Actually what I do find hard is not getting the information concerning the âshiftingâ excercise, because I read it In Bates book and his articles, and In another sources including this forum. But ...

I was doing some exercises recently, most of the time during last three days. I think the more you are under stress conditions the larger would be the distance where you can actually perceive the swin...

ok, I'll try. I was using "smaller version of snellen chart" - a4 paper as it is much more convenient if you are travelling, but I will simply try with bigger one or just do as you said. Thank you Nan...

What i basically did was printing snellen a4 size, i practiced twice for approx. 35 minutes with big C on it, but the afterimages just does not go away, it is still the same size, the same intensity. ...
