Actually pinhole glasses are stupid. I've just read the inventor is unknown and they also can cause double vision. I'm not going to buy that piece of cheap trash.

When I palm I don't see any flashes. The only thing I see is very bright light because my eyes were adjusted to the dark from palming and then needs to adjust from the bright light. I don't see 20/2...
