Regarding negative thoughts, if feeling upset etc.. try just allowing yourself to be upset, when we step in and interfere with our emotions, feelings or thoughts etc.. by rejecting them or even trying...

no, it was an estimated guess, and i am very sure that this is very accurate as when i put on-2.25 glasses just to briefly check my sight, i can see 20/30 line

from what i learned somewhere 20/40 is -2 and -1.5 is 20/30 approx, anyways i just use the snellen chart at it is more reliable.

I know what you mean as peoples eye charts are in different lighting conditions and mine is near a window and is always in the light, so I don't know if mine is 100% accurate either.
