I'm reading the same book. The best i have ever read until now. And finally i took off from my head the idea of exercises. This is natural vision,not a gym :)

When i get close to the snellen chart,which lines should i have in front of my nose? The firt ones or the smaller ones? The exercise is just reading the letter and watch the perfect black ?

If i'm myope is because i strain at near poins ? Is why getting closer to Snellen Chart will help? Is that the connection ?

Yes Nancy,i feel my eyes and mind more relaxed. And now i don't feel stress at front of computer. But my first objective was to leave the glasses to work on computer,and at the moment didn't make it.....

In Leo's Book he show another formula, 1 / far point you see clear in cm X 100 = your diopter. But mine hasn't changed. Like i said,i'm gonna read the bates book and try to find what i'm doing wrong.
