When palming don't try to imagine black and don't try to see any improvement. What appears,appears. The idea is only get all body relaxed when you open your eyes after palming.

Have you already think that the difference between two eyes is because we have 2 different sides ? Look at the mirror,put a vertical paper near the nose. You will see 2 different persons in each side ...

You should low between 0.5 and 1 diopter. More is not good. Yesterday my lower presciption has arrived at home, i put it on and don't feel any strain.

Sure,but i'm always putting my glasses when need it and i think that now its the cause to see no improvement. Let's see what happens with undercorrection.
