I don't know about anyone else but in my inner dialogue there seems to be a lot of humming of music, lyrics, etc. I have come the point where I think even this is slightly a mental addiction of sorts....

This is still confusing me, but why dyou want to practice reading fine print as close to your eyes as possible? Wouldn't you want to practice reading fine print further and further away from your eyes...
