Yes! I agree.We shouldnt practice central fixation rather it is practice of "paying attention".If i tried to see or tried to practice central fixation my eyes would be tired.

I went from Right Eye: -4.00 Left Eye: -2.25 To Right eye:-3.50 Left eye:-2.50 Why did it improve and deteriote at the same time??
