In the book that i have read,they only talk to do palming about 5 min. but it seems it's not enought. I want to know if i can do palming lying my bed,or this is not a good posture. Cumps.

When the sun its strong at the day,do you recommend to go to the street with sunglasses or leave them to enjoy the radition from the sun ?

About shifting,you say to the eyes move from themselve. What you mean ? Because is my mind who say to my eyes where to look.

Ares with -3 is not possible leave the glasses all the time. I have -3.25 each eye and i need them when i'm in computer. Without them i don't feel comfortable.
