thanks for the input, I disabled the swinging windows and i will try to concentrate more on relaxation, what about the link i provided for astigmatism, is it any good technique?

JMartinC4, If I understand correctly by forcing to look through the weaker eye you mean to patch better eye and spend some time with looking through the weaker one? Or, i hope not, you more mean talk...

Also, Dr Gottlieb said that the exercise must be done with a lot of light so we can see them at high contrast.
