2extreme when i go walk for i while in days of strong sunshine or cloudy i can't look to the front. I feel a lot of strain and a magnet to the floor. What's wrong with my eyes ? Damm it!

When i get close to the snellen chart,which lines should i have in front of my nose? The firt ones or the smaller ones? The exercise is just reading the letter and watch the perfect black ?
