while reading seems will seem blurrier than normal, but in the long run this will improve your vision. plenty of research out there to back this up. it works. be well, jim

i've used, and continue to use plus lenses. my vision has improved. i cannot say if the improvement is due to any one specific thing i have done. i incorporate several things in my approach to vision ...

well... the obvious motivator, of course.... i don't like glasses. they get lost, bent, broken, smudgy, uneven, yada, yada,... i hated it when it was raining... i've moved away from things artificia...
