I guess we are more accepting to non-mainstream theories: we are used to thinking that most people are understanding the problem wrong and therefore solving it in a more complicated way than it needs....

I read somewhere that about every 30 minutes you're on the computer, you should look away and breathe deeply and try to relax. if that helps.

That method seems to have some Bates-ish ideas but it also seems to cause strain a little. It said to try to hold the book farther-- would that really work?

I don't really know definitely, but I think swinging is not really supposed to be an exercise, but a habit. Like, you get used to noticing the swing if you move your head or eyes in everyday life.
