However, I have never ever had any eyesight improvement. I think, although I cant remember, some of the lower lines flashed for a few seconds, as I palm in front of the snellen.

Okay, help me understand this. Right now, I am wearing 20/20 glasses. If I want perfect eyesight, I would need 20/400 glasses. or 20/200 so to improve my eyesight I would need, 20/40 glasses ...

the bates method doesnt work you need to get reduced lenses, and then start palming etc. When I get reduced lenses, I will begin the bates method

The percentages show most people dont get benefits. Maybe only 10 per cent of people reach 20/20. So im trying something new
