are there any success stories or we people just shooting in darkness... i am without glasses for 2 months now.. and see no improve ment.. -4 diopters.. i am about to withdraw from this method.....

ok... i was about to withdraw from this.. and go back to wear my glasses... but as u say.. ill be wid it ... i think using the computer and reading makes me more myopic... i dont know... palming...
