Hi, I can always only breathe through one nose...the other nose is always stuffed...and it switches around sometimes i can breathe through my right nose and sometimes left... Do i need to see a docto...

So just stare straight right? Do i have to shift my view to anything else? Or do I have to rest a 10 seconds or so every 5 mins if i were to do it half an hour each day?
