I've started doing patch work. Given my left eye is slightly weaker then my right.... perhaps once it is the same my acuity will be much better! I'll keep doing Bates Method and Behavioral Optometry...

I've read on a lot of these eye moving exercises to not move your eye in one direction to hard..... it can cause a "flash"... which is I think a sign that you are pulling on your retina or something.....
