what is your favourite exercise out of swinging, shifting, palming, etc? my one is shifting, because i get the quickiest result of relaxation and clear flashes.

I think its to ignore the clear flash and ur eyes. U could possibly cause strain trying to maintain the clear flash? But i suppose there could be a better way.
