when i have clear flashes sometimes while doing shifting i get the stinging feeling as well. I think it could be to do something withe the muscles of ur eyes?

Yes when i first started out i had this same result. But for me, everything was blueish rather than green. And somethimes, it was yellow--ish.

i see - concentrating Helps U to SLEEP. I think possibly, wen our eyes are closed it converges automatically while relaxed but for everyone. It could be dat no one else has notices that wen they open ...

90% of what i normally do is shifting on objects, no snellen. the other 10 % is swinging and palming. What other methods can you guys recommend us to do ?
