If ur required to work on PC often, u shouldnt just shift on monitor screen. Try palming, and look away from screen every 10 mins or so into the distance.

Apparently one of the theries is that floaters are caused by the thick fluid that fills ur eyes although i dont think there's any proof of that? If there was, then floaters are also partly responsible...

wen doing nothing, should u be aware of ur eyes or ignore them and completely? Because if ur ignoring ur eyes, u might be unaware of urself staring or squiting like u've just described? Maybe if i not...

Thank you otis for the link and info. When i printed it, the small letters printed off fine but the larger letters printed not thick enough(not black) - is it like this or should i print it again?

well, i do notice some blindness during when i eat lots of sugary stuff, but i also notice problems when i have a cold - and taking medicines. So ur right. Nutrition is a big factor to this.
