Actually the night that I was the most scared in my entire night (just 2 days ago), I got no sleep the entire night. Yet the morning after when I got up I felt totally refreshed and much more at peace...

I once knew of somebody who claimed he never sleeps. His name was Arlin and was a very awkward fellow, but I sure thought he was cool for a very long time! It seemed he had a great joy for life.
