I'm at -6D glasses... I'm a programmer and spend a lot of time in front of computer needing the glasses. Yesterday I started removing the glasses. instead of using them 24/7 now I start using them 8...

to avoid retina detachment for example... and when you have to remove your glasses because you need to swim or play football you need good vision.

there are no squinting or squirting.... the movement of the eye rather to the left, right, top or bottom... which part did you read?
