Hi, when I do the exercise using snellen or any letter chart , shall I use it in my eyes clear zone (which is very close for me, about 12-16 cm) or blur zone? Tnx

Good to hear you got clear flash. IMHO, Most of the time you will get _clearer_ vision (not necessarily _clear_ vision) temporarily after 5-6 minutes of relaxed palming.
