Thx jim, that's helpful and I agree, if anyone else can answer some of my other questions such why myopia seems to stop in the 20s, stop progressing that is... I would appreciate it. As always thanks...

That's odd, I'm not bragging but even though I have an eyesight of 20/400 I always see black when I close my eyes. Does anyone know why this is or if it eliminates any certain cause of my eye strain?
