I agree, yesterday I ignored them and blinked, shifted etc.. and my attention was taken away from them. In the past I used to stare at the floaters some times, now I know better.

This is great advice, I do has slight astigmatism, also the strain, and I just got over the flue ... a few reasons to cause it. Thanks for taking the time to explain this as well as you did.

Thank you for this. I agree, the Snellen chart is very useful, people can use it to demonstrate to themselves how different vision habits effect their eyesight.
