The more i read,the most i understand the way to see perfect. My myopia did'nt improve so far,but i start to feel my posture and mind more relaxed. I think what is missing now is to feel all day long...

I think in my case to not see any improvement so far is because i use the same glasses. I think if i used a under correction it would help in improvement. But how i'm gonna explain this to my doctor ?

You should low between 0.5 and 1 diopter. More is not good. Yesterday my lower presciption has arrived at home, i put it on and don't feel any strain.

Is a formula that i learned in Leo Angart' Book. Its: 1 over the far point that you can see clear in distance cm X 100. And then you have your diopter for myopia.
