I'm just guessing, but maybe it's because the screen is brighter. Like, I noticed that for me, things look blurrier when they're in dim light.

I don't really know definitely, but I think swinging is not really supposed to be an exercise, but a habit. Like, you get used to noticing the swing if you move your head or eyes in everyday life.

I read somewhere that about every 30 minutes you're on the computer, you should look away and breathe deeply and try to relax. if that helps.
