You've got a fairly strong prescription both in the SPH for myopia and the CYL for astigmatism. As I've said before, without working with a behavioral optometrist, you're just guessing at the numbers...

With all due respect, cycling in negativity won't help. So you stepped off the path -- just get back on. Palm, swing, whatever you were doing to improve and relax that you did before. All is not lost....
