update @25-10-2015 have been doing palming sessions several times a week, without much help tho. no significant eyesight improvement, what is worse i sometimes feel my vision being weaker at time dur...

i dont think it works this way i think it's more that you focus on too big area instead of a really really small one. but i aint any authority on this matter so you'd better ask David or Nancy.

I would join :) I have a slight improvement. I can't even say if it is measured in dioptres but I often notice my vision is much sharper for a short period of time.

you should stop doing sunning at all IMO. can be dangerous at times. spend more time outdoors cycling, running or just walking and it works just as good as sunning.
