Sunning for 10 to 20 minutes per day works for me. After sunning everyday for 2 months, the number of floaters was reduced to half or less.

Scarecrow, glasses are a way better option, for all the reasons Paul gave and because you can take them off and put them on easily. Many on this forum believe in entirely discarding corrective lenses...
