I can say proudly say that I have restored my eyesight to 98% of what is said to be 20/20, if that answers your doubts. And regarding the times you need to exercise your eyes, the number is 0.

I thought a hot face meant heat leaving the body through the face, not necessarily tensed insides. The only indication of tension/stress leaving I know is CLEAR vision.
