I think its to ignore the clear flash and ur eyes. U could possibly cause strain trying to maintain the clear flash? But i suppose there could be a better way.

i see - concentrating Helps U to SLEEP. I think possibly, wen our eyes are closed it converges automatically while relaxed but for everyone. It could be dat no one else has notices that wen they open ...

In a week, i'll say i practice eye exercises like Shifting, switching, etc about 4-5 times. Is this neccersary? Should i be doing exercises every day?

If ur required to work on PC often, u shouldnt just shift on monitor screen. Try palming, and look away from screen every 10 mins or so into the distance.

Which is more beneficial? - doing swings in the morning + before u go to sleep Or - Doing swings in the afternoon for 15mins or so? Maybe Both?

Thank you otis for the link and info. When i printed it, the small letters printed off fine but the larger letters printed not thick enough(not black) - is it like this or should i print it again?
