So,the best shifts are when are done very close..and i was always moving from object to object thinking that was shifting point to point...i learn with the mistakes,right?

No...only fluctuations between better and worse vision. But nothing real better or a clear flash.

It's funny because i noticed the same thing. My explanation is this: the matter they have to study in universaty is so complex,that they have to make an effort to understand. That's my view.

The more i read,the most i understand the way to see perfect. My myopia did'nt improve so far,but i start to feel my posture and mind more relaxed. I think what is missing now is to feel all day long...
