Yeah, that could have been it. Relapses are pretty common, and part of it might have been that you were conscious of the strain coming back that you had suppressed the feeling of before. Dave

No, it's some notation regarding reading-distance focusing range, not distance vision. I can see how it could be read that way, but Bates wasn't ever myopic - his problem was presbyopia, which he cure...
