I've read on a lot of these eye moving exercises to not move your eye in one direction to hard..... it can cause a "flash"... which is I think a sign that you are pulling on your retina or something.....

I've read that Plus Lens therapy should be used on people below the age of 35..... as 35 can be an age where presbyopia sets in.....perhaps that is why it made some develop cataracts as they were over...
