So out of all those people who are nearsighted etc out there, what percentage (roughly) suceed in the bates method? Who completely cure themselves with bringing back visual habits? I mean, im not sure...

well, i do notice some blindness during when i eat lots of sugary stuff, but i also notice problems when i have a cold - and taking medicines. So ur right. Nutrition is a big factor to this.

yes. i've noticed that what this site needs is a FAQ about all the different, obvious questions and more complex ones for the beginners. It would be great, and hopefully they would understand better.

Thank you otis for the link and info. When i printed it, the small letters printed off fine but the larger letters printed not thick enough(not black) - is it like this or should i print it again?
