Roll the window down if your driver allows it, it's much clearer that way. Let go and let the objects pop in and out of your field of vision. Switch between looking in front of you and to your side.

maybe if you guys wouldn't always talk about 0.35+ - , 0.4249- lens in one eye... your vision would relax. it always gives me a headache. use the 20?xx system.

Oh and don't forget Aldous Huxley - The Art of Seeing. What I would do is ask a local library to order these books off amzon, so you can lend them. That's what I did with mine.
