Has anyone achieved essentially "perfect" vision using the bates method? I'm wondering if the bates method will only be able to help people recover to a functional vision and the rest is irrecoverable...

its common sense the center is not refracted. use your finger to make a pinhole and hold it up your eye. It does not take a "medical person" to "figure this out".

you should get glasses for distance that are corrected to 20/25-20/30. But don't do too much undercorrection. Too much undercorrection = panic to the visual system = no benefit. you want glasses that ...

when you expose the eye to sunlight or any sort of bright light source for a few minutes, the pupils shrink greatly, thus increasing your depth of field. Your vision will be much better for a few mins...
