If you want to spend the $580 to try it out & let us know, go ahead. I personally wouldn't. Note Bates's method is virtually free -- use your own hands to palm, print out a few eye charts, etc...

I've never tried it so can't say for sure, but it definitely looks like a gimmick to me. If you want to cover your eyes try palming.

When you look at the chart, notice when you get a clearer image, then think about what preceded it -- did you have a pleasant thought? Did you look out of the window for a moment, or close your eyes ...

I think ground flaxseed is better than the extracted oil. You can put this on cereal or vegetables. You have to refrigerate it, though. It's pretty cheap & any health food store or on-line supple...
