I guess we're on the same path wtfgod :) I'm also wearing weaker glasses and try to move my eyes more frequently. I also practice palming quite often and long swings. They are the best relaxing excers...

you should stop doing sunning at all IMO. can be dangerous at times. spend more time outdoors cycling, running or just walking and it works just as good as sunning.

I would join :) I have a slight improvement. I can't even say if it is measured in dioptres but I often notice my vision is much sharper for a short period of time.
